Artist's Comments

Beautiful as usual, soft and oniric.
The best part is the rain, and the rain that is touching the shield, awesome!

This is just totally adorable, and beautifully rendered. I love the idea of a shield as a rain shelter. The detail is just mind-blowing, as always. Beautiful work!

wow i'm stunned. the details in the stones in the background and the rain, especially on the shield is amazing. how long does it take from sketch to finished work for you to do something this good?

Its my life, I don't want to change the world, I just want to make it better than I could ever dream or hope for

It's really good. I did notice one thing though. The sword looks like its floating.

the quality of this piece is amaising... although, I must comment on the fact that there's no way for those broken archways to stay like that... unless they had steel reinforcement back then... stone archways were started from bolth ends gradually tilting each brick/stone block untill they met in the middle... they were only heald like that by their own weight pushing against eachother... But without the other half to sustain it... all those archway halves would colapse...
